Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 22 April 2021, 23 April 2021, 8 July 2021 and 29 July 2021 in relation to the Proposed Disposal.
On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that DAC Land Sdn Bhd (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of DBhd) and the Purchaser (vide its letter dated 6 October 2021, which was received by DAC Land Sdn Bhd on 12 October 2021) had agreed to extend the Conditions Precedent Period to fulfil the conditions precedent of the SPA, which is expiring on 21 October 2021 for a period of 3 months until 21 January 2022.
