Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 14 June 2021, 15 June 2021 and 5 July 2021 on the above matter ("Previous Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as those used in the Previous Announcements.


Further to the Previous Announcements, the Company wishes to announce that the Court had on 13 October 2021, informed to adjourn the case management, which supposed to be held on 13 October 2021, to 5 January 2022.


The Company will make the necessary announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are further developments in relation thereof and/or upon receipt of any further directions by the Court.
