Reference is made to the announcement on 13 October 2021.

The Board of Directors ("Board") of Kimlun wishes to announce that the Board had approved the Audit Committee's recommendation to appoint Messrs Crowe Malaysia PLT ("Crowe") as the new Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2021, subject to Crowe's consent to act pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016 ("Written Consent").

Further announcement will be made upon the receipt of the Written Consent by the Company.
