We refer to your Company’s announcement dated 12 October 2021, in respect of the aforesaid matter.
 

Kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-

  1. To specify the various systems and products offered by POLY that will be marketed in Malaysia and South East Asia.
  2. To specify the relevant support to be provided to POLY in respect of funding, licensing, procurement, construction and commissioning. To also clarify on how CNASIA will provide these supports given that it is not currently involved in green energy business.
  3. To specify the target markets and industries for the green energy and drones technology products offered by POLY.
  4. Further information on the pilot plant that CNASIA intend to set up, including the estimated financial commitment required and the source of funds.
  5. To specify the specific provisions under the MOA that is binding.

Please furnish Bursa Securities with your reply within one (1) market day from the date hereof.
