TSR Capital Berhad ("TSR" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek for the Shareholders' approval for the proposed Share Buy-Back Authority at the forthcoming Twentieth Annual General Meeting ("20th AGM") of the Company.

The proposed mandate will take effect from the date of passing of the relevant resolution at the forthcoming 20th AGM until the conclusion of the next AGM in 2022.

A Circular to Shareholders of TSR setting out the details of the above proposal and the resolution pertaining thereto will be despatched to the Shareholders in due course.
