The announcement made by the Company on 8 April 2021 refers. Unless otherwise stated all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as stated in the announcement.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the High Court had on 14 October 2021 made the following decisions:
1. The Plaintiff’s case against the Company is struck out. 2. The Plaintiff shall pay a cost of RM18,000.00 to the Company.
Notwithstanding the above, the Plaintiff has thirty (30) days from 14 October 2021 to lodge an appeal against the decision to the Court of Appeal.
