Further to the announcement made on 8 October 2021, the Board of Directors of DGB wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, DGB NETWORKS held 5.26% equity stake in MTOUCHE upon its acquisition of 48,751,000 ordinary shares of MTOUCHE via the open market on 6 October 2021 ("Acquisition").
The highest percentage ratio applicable to the Acquisition pursuant to Rule 10.02(g) of the ACE Market Listing Requirement of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad is 2.96% based on the Independent Auditors’ Report on Review of Financial Information of DGB as at 31 March 2021.
