Reference is made to the announcement dated 17 September 2021 in relation to the memorandum of understanding entered between Ni Hsin EV Tech Sdn. Bhd. (“NH EV TECH”) and Dongguan Tailing Electric Vehicle Co., Ltd. (“TAILG”). The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that NH EV TECH, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 15 October 2021 entered into a Product Development Agreement (“Agreement”) with TAILG for the purpose of appointing TAILG to develop customised electric bikes based on TAILG’s existing Model D-80 for commercial purposes and sell to NH EV TECH upon the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
