The Bonus Issue of Warrants will entail an issuance of 471,677,652 Warrants ("Warrant(s) C") on the basis of 1 Warrant C for every 4 existing MAG Shares held by the entitled shareholders.
The Warrant C will be credited into the central depository system accounts of the entitled shareholders and notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to their address as stated in the Record of Depositors of MAG prior to the date of listing and quotation of the Warrants.
The Warrant C will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") 2 market days after the submission of the quotation application for the Warrants to Bursa Securities.
