Further to the announcement dated 7 September 2021, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that both the Kuala Lumpur High Court Suit No.: WA-22NCVC-258-04/2019 and Kuala Lumpur High Court Suit No.: WA-22NCVC-374-05/2019 are fixed for trial on 17 October 2022, 18 October 2022 and 19 October 2022. The pre-trial Case Management has been fixed on 2 March 2022.
The Company will make further announcement on the developments of the above matter as and when necessary.
