We refer to the announcements made on 30 August 2021 and 15 September 2021 in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) between its 75% indirect owned subsidiary, Jejak Semangat Sdn. Bhd. (“JS”) with Landasan Salam Sdn. Bhd. (“LSSB”).Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein.

The Board of Directors of TFP wishes to announce that JS and LSSB had on 14 October 2021 mutually agreed to extend the exclusivity period of the MOU for an additional 1 months up to 14 November 2021. The extension shall be on the same terms and conditions as contained in the original MOU.
