Reference is made to the announcement dated 19 July 2021 pertaining to the Head of Agreement between Kanger Medical International Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and Sparmak Medical Equipment Trading LLC for purchase of inactivated SARS-COV-2 Vaccines (Vero Cell) vaccine developed by Beijing Institute of Biological Products Co. Ltd., an affiliate of SINOPHARM CNBG. The Board of Directors of Kanger wishes to announce that the Company is still waiting for the approval from National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA).
