On behalf of the Board, M&A Securites wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has, vide its letter dated 20 October 2021, resolved to approve the listing and quotation of up to 82,200,000 Special Issue Shares representing up to 20% of the Company's issued shares, to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Special Issue.
The approval granted by Bursa Securities for the Proposed Special Issue is subject to the following conditions:
