Reference is made to the announcements dated 16 June 2021, 17 June 2021, 18 June 2021, 29 July 2021, 9 August 2021, 11 August 2021, 9 September 2021, 21 September 2021 and 22 September 2021. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements of the Company shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, PIVB wishes to announce that the Board had on 20 October 2021 (“Price-Fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the third (3rd) tranche of the Private Placement at RM0.95 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”).
The Issue Price represents a discount of RM0.0434 or approximately 4.37% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of the CRB Shares up to and including 18 October 2021, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-Fixing Date of RM0.9934 per CRB Share.
