Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Information Memorandum dated 10 September 2021 issued by Steel Hawk Berhad.

The opening, closing and balloting dates of application are not applicable as this is an Excluded Issue within the meaning of Section 230 of the Capital Markets and Services Act, 2007 in conjunction with the listing of Steel Hawk Berhad on the LEAP Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. This timetable is tentative and is subject to changes which may be necessary to facilitate implementation procedures.
