Bonus issue of 24,266,665 warrants of Seni Jaya Corporation Berhad ("SJC") ("Warrants") on the basis of 1 Warrant for every 2 existing ordinary shares in SJC held as at 5.00 p.m. on 13 October 2021 ("Entitlement Date") ("Bonus Issue of Warrants")
Each Warrant carries the entitlement to subscribe for 1 new SJC Share at any time during the exercise period as indicated above ("Exercise Period") at the exercise price of RM2.00, subject to the adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll constituting the Warrants dated 28 September 2021. Any Warrants which are not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid and shall be cancelled and treated to have been cancelled forthwith. This amended announcement supercedes the announcement (Ref. No. LIP-20102021-00001) on the same subject matter which was released on 20 October 2021. This announcement is dated 21 October 2021.
