We refer to the previous announcements in relation to the Proposals and the offer document dated 20 September 2021 which contains the details of the Offer (“Offer Document”). Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Offer Document.
On behalf of the Board of the Offeror, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the closing time and date for the acceptance of the Offer have been extended from 5:00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on Monday, 25 October 2021 to 5:00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on Thursday, 18 November 2021 (“Final Closing Date”). A notice of the said extension will be posted to the Holders accordingly.
Save for the Final Closing Date, all other details, terms and conditions of the Offer as set out in the Offer Document remain unchanged.
In accordance with Paragraph 13.01 of the Rules, the level of acceptances of the Offer as at 5:00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on Thursday, 21 October 2021 is set out in the attached press notice.
