The Board of Directors of OHB wishes to announce the Company had on 22 October 2021 entered into a Collaboration Agreement (“the Agreement”) with Global Forway Sdn Bhd (“GFSB”) (collectively referred as “the Parties”) to collaborate in various activities or projects in relation to 5G technology and infrastructure (“the Collaboration”). Opcom Vision Sdn Bhd (“OVSB”) has been incorporated on 11 October 2021 as the special purpose vehicle for the Collaboration.
