The Board of Directors of EG Industries Berhad ("EG" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval for the following proposals at the forthcoming 30th Annual General Meeting:
1. Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature; and 2. Proposed Renewal of Authority for the Company to Purchase its own Ordinary Shares.
The Cirular to shareholders containing the details of the above Proposals will be issued to the shareholders in due course.
