Reference is made to the Announcements.

On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that Maybank has allotted and issued 179,814,209 new Maybank Shares on 21 October 2021 pursuant to the 21st DRP. The said new Maybank Shares were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9:00 a.m. on Friday, 22 October 2021.

With the listing of the said new Maybank Shares, the enlarged issued share capital of Maybank comprises 11,873,152,118 Maybank Shares.
