We made reference to the query letter dated 20 October 2021 in relation to the Disposal. Please be informed that Section 6 of the announcement dated 18 October 2021 in relation to the Disposal shall read as follows :
6. APPLICATION OF SALE PROCEEDS
The Disposal was carried on since May 2021 and the Company had utilised RM6.0 Million out of the proceeds for the investment in quoted shares. The balance of the proceeds of approximately RM2.2 Million will be utilised for other investment to be identified within the next 6 months.
