A first interim single tier dividend of 8 sen per stock unit and a special single tier dividend of 3 sen per stock unit in respect of the financial year ended 31 August 2021 were paid on 5 February 2021. A second interim single tier dividend of 8 sen per stock unit and a special single tier dividend of 11 sen per stock unit in respect of the financial year ended 31 August 2021 were paid on 30 August 2021. 

In view of the payment of the interim and special dividends, the Directors do not recommend any final dividend in respect of the financial year ended 31 August 2021.
