Reference is made to the announcements dated 30 April 2021, 5 May 2021, 6 May 2021, 8 June 2021 and the Circular to the shareholders of MSMH dated 27 August 2021 in relation to the Proposed Disposal (“Circular”), the announcement dated 15 September 2021 on the outcome of the extraordinary general meeting for the Proposed Disposal and the announcement dated 29 September 2021. Unless otherwise stated, definitions used throughout this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Circular.
Pursuant to Section 2.4.2 of the Circular to Shareholders dated 27 August 2021, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Final Disposal Consideration for the Proposed Disposal that has been determined in accordance with the terms of the MSMP SSA and agreed between the Purchaser and the Company, is RM181,106,117.
