Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 14 April 2020 ("First Announcement"). Unless the otherwise defined, the terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the First Announcement. The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company is in the midst of formulating a regularisation plan to address its financial condition and the Company shall make the necessary announcement(s) in regard to the development on the above matter. The Company has approximately 5 months to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulators for the approval of the same.
