Reference is made to Nationwide Express Holdings Berhad ("NEHB" or "the Company") announcements dated 24 February 2020, 24 March 2020, 2 April 2020, 4 May 2020, 22 May 2020, 2 June 2020, 1 July 2020, 3 August 2020, 1 September 2020, 2 October 2020, 2 November 2020, 2 December 2020,4 January 2021,1 February 2021,1 March 2021,5 April 2021,4 May 2021, 2 June 2021, 2 July 2021, 3 August 2021, 6 September 2021 and 4 October 2021 ("the Announcements") and the circular issued by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") dated 26 March 2020 in relation to the additional relief measures granted to listed issuers due to the outbreak of COVID-19 and implementation of the Movement Control Order by the Government of Malaysia ("Bursa Securities' Circular").  Unless otherwise defined, the terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.

In compliance with Paragraph 4.1(c) of Practice Note 17 of the Main Market Listing Requirements, the Board of Directors of NEHB wishes to announce that the Company is presently looking into formulating a regularisation plan  to address its financial condition ("Regularisation Plan").

Pursuant to Bursa Securities' Circular, the Company is required to submit a Regularisation Plan to the relevant regulatory authorities on or before 23 February 2022 for approval to implement the Regularisation Plan, which is approximately three (3) months from the date hereof.
