We refer to our announcement dated 22 September 2021 in relation to the Proposed Change of Name of the Company. 

The Board of Directors of Widetech (Malaysia) Berhad wishes to announce that the Company had on 9 November 2021 received the Notice of Registration of New Name pursuant to Section 28 of the Companies Act 2016 issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia on 2 November 2021.

Accordingly, the name of the Company has been changed from " WIDETECH (MALAYSIA) BERHAD" to "MYTECH GROUP BERHAD" with effect from 2 November 2021.
