The Board of Directors of LFE is pleased to announce that Cosmo Property Management Sdn. Bhd., a 51% owned subsidiary of the Company had on 12 November 2021 accepted the Letter of Acceptance dated 12 November 2021 from PD Ara Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 201701036718 (1250889-V)], to execute and complete the following project:-

I.  blok pangsapuri perkhidmatan 18 tingkat (126 unit) termasuk kemudahan landskap;

II. blok soho 11 tingkat (129 unit);

III. di atas 7 tingkat pejabat dan pusat perubatan/ kesihatan termasuk 5 tingkat podium perdagangan yang mengandungi pusat perubatan/ kesihatan, ruang perniagaan, kemudahan serta tempat letak kereta; 1 tingkat separa basement tempat letak kereta dan 2 tingkat basement tempat letak kereta;

di atas Lot 91968, Jalan PJU 1A/20, Mukim Damansara, Daerah Petaling, Selangor Darul Ehsan untuk Tetuan PD Ara Sdn. Bhd. (“Work”) for a period of approximately thirty-six (36) months for the construction and completion of above-mentioned work  (“the Contract”).

The commencement date for the Contract will be notified by PD Ara Sdn Bhd in due course.
