We refer to the announcements dated 3 September 2021, 6 September 2021 and 1 October 2021 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board has on 18 November 2021 (“Price-fixing Date”) fixed the issue price at RM0.090 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”).
As such, the Issue Price represents a discount of RM0.010 or 10.00% to the 5D-VWAP of DGB Share up to and including 17 November 2021, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date, of RM0.100 per DGB Share.
The number of Placement Shares will be announced once it is finalised.
