PROPOSED PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN AGESON PURSUANT TO THE GENERAL MANDATE OBTAINED FROM THE COMPANY'S SHAREHOLDERS ("PROPOSED PRIVATE PLACEMENT")

We refer to the announcements made on 27 October 2021, 8 November 2021 and 12 November 2021 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.


On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on 22 November 2021 (“Price-fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the Placement Shares at RM0.050 each (“Issue Price”) in relation to the Private Placement.


The Issue Price represents a discount of approximately 6.02% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of Ageson Shares up to and including 19 November 2021 (being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date) of RM0.0532 per Ageson Share.
