SNC - Notice of Bonus Entitlement

BONUS ISSUE OF FREE WARRANTS IN SAND NISKO CAPITAL BERHAD ("SNC" OR THE "COMPANY") ("WARRANTS") ON THE BASIS OF 1 WARRANT FOR EVERY 2 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES IN SNC HELD BY ENTITLED SHAREHOLDERS OF THE COMPANY AT 5.00 PM ON 7 DECEMBER 2021 ("BONUS WARRANTS ENTITLEMENT DATE")
 

Kindly be advised of the following :

1)    The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “[EX-BONUS ISSUE]” as from: 06 Dec 2021
2)    The last date of lodgment : 07 Dec 2021

Remarks :
The Warrants will be credited into the entitled shareholders' central depository system account and a notice of allotment will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors prior to the listing and quotation for the Warrants. Entitled shareholders are not required to take any action. 

The Warrants will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities within 2 market days after the receipt of the quotation application by Bursa Securities.
