We refer to the previous announcements dated 21 August 2019, 11 October 2019, 3 December 2019, 25 February 2020, 2 April 2020, 22 April 2020, 21 May 2020, 24 August 2020, 7 October 2020, 19 November 2020, 25 February 2021, 19 August 2021 and 20 October 2021 in relation to the non-compliance with public shareholding spread requirement pursuant to Paragraph 8.02(1) of the Listing Requirements, and the announcements dated 21 June 2021, 9 July 2021, 13 July 2021, 16 July 2021, and 30 July 2021 in relation to the Private Placement of up to 10% of the Issued Shares of LTKM (" the Private Placement Exercise").

The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the above matters.

On 20 October 2021, LTKM had announced that Bursa Securities vide its letter dated 18 October 2021, after due considerations of all facts and circumstances, decided to allow LTKM’s EOT Application to comply with the Public Shareholding Spread Requirement and the Directive by 26 April 2022. The company will continue to use the extension of time to allow sufficient time to the Joint Offerors to formulate a firm plan with regards to their intention. As at the date of this announcement, the Company has not received proposal or plan from the Joint Offerors to address the shortfall in the Public Spread Requirement.

The Company's Public Shareholding Spread was 21.01% as at the date of this announcement.
