On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that an application has been submitted to Bursa Securities on 23 November 2021 to seek its approval for an extension of time of 2 months until 24 January 2022 for the Company to issue the circular to shareholders of Eonmetall in relation to the Proposed Variation.

For your information, as agreed by the Company and the Vendors, the cut-off date to obtain or fulfill the conditions precedent of the SSA is 8 February 2022, unless further extended by all parties.
