Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Company's announcements dated 18 June 2021, 24 August 2021, 2 September 2021, 11 October 2021 and 12 November 2021 in relation to, amongst others, the Acquisition of Hospital ("Announcements").

We refer to the Announcements and the Company’s Circular dated 28 October 2021.

On behalf of the Board, MIDF Investment wishes to announce that Ipmuda and the Ultimate Forte Vendors (“Parties”) have mutually agreed to extend the CP Fulfilment Date until 24 December 2021 to enable the Parties to satisfy the Conditions Precedent as stipulated in the SSA.

Save for the above, all other terms and conditions of the SSA remain unchanged.

The CP Fulfilment Date extension letter is available for inspection at the registered office of Ipmuda at 12th Floor, Menara Symphony, No. 5, Jalan Prof. Khoo Kay Kim, Seksyen 13, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia during normal business hours from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) for a period of 3 months from the date of this announcement.
