Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as previously defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the same.

Further to the Company's announcements made on 1 July 2021 and 25 August 2021, the Board of Directors of T7 Global wishes to inform that there is no material development pertaining to the collaboration between T7 Kemuncak Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of the Company and Siemens Logistics Pte. Ltd. to collaborate in business opportunities in Malaysia.
