The Board of Directors of DGB wishes to inform that the Audit Committee and Risk Management Committee have been merged as a single committee and will be known as the Audit and Risk Management Committee with effect from 25 November 2021 which aims to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of its members in discharging their duties.
The composition of the Audit and Risk Management Committee is as follows:-
1. Mr. Ong Tee Kein - Chairman, Independent Non-Executive Director 2. Mr. Ho Jien Shiung - Member, Non-Independent Non-Executive Director
