The Board of Directors of LBI Capital Bhd. (the "Company") has declared an Interim Single-Tier Dividend of 3 sen per ordinary share and a share dividend distribution on the basis of thirty five (35) treasury shares for every one thousand (1,000) existing ordinary shares held in the Company in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2021.

The date of entitlement and date of payment in respect of the aforesaid dividend will be determined and announced in due course.
