Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus issued by Aurelius Technologies Berhad dated 29 November 2021.

Applications for the Issue Shares under the Retail Offering will open at 10.00 a.m. on 29 November 2021 and will remain open until 5.00 p.m. on 3 December 2021. The Institutional Offering will open on 29 November 2021 and will close on 3 December 2021.

In the event there is any change to the timetable, advertisements of the notice of changes will be made in widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia daily newspapers within Malaysia.
