We refer to the announcements dated 17 November 2021, 22 November 2021 and 25 November 2021 (collectively referred to as "Announcements") in relation to the Proposed Placement. Unless stated otherwise, definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.

On behalf of the Board, KAF IB and Astramina Advisory wish to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 29 November 2021, resolved to approve the listing and quotation of 150,446,832 new ordinary shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Placement.

The approval by Bursa Securities for the listing of the Placement Shares is subject to the following conditions:-

1. WZ Satu and KAF IB must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Placement;

2. WZ Satu and KAF IB are required to inform Bursa Securities upon completion of the Proposed Placement;

3. WZ Satu and KAF IB are required to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities' approval once the Proposed Placement is completed; and

4. WZ Satu/KAF IB is required to furnish Bursa Securities with details of the placees in accordance with Paragraph 6.15 of the Listing Requirement as soon as practicable after each tranche of placement and before the listing of the new shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Placement.
