The Board of Directors of AEM wishes to announce that AE Multi Industries Sdn. Bhd. (“AEMI”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of AEM, had on 25 and 26 November 2021 acquired a total of 330,500,000 ordinary shares in Vsolar Group Berhad (“Vsolar”), representing 7.237% of the total number of issued shares of Vsolar in the open market for a total cash consideration of RM4,975,152.10 only (“Acquisition”). As a result of the Acquisition, AEMI and AEM are deemed to be substantial shareholders of Vsolar on 26 November 2021. Please refer to the attachment for the details of this announcement.
