We refer to the announcement made on 24 November 2021 in relation to the Proposed Placement ("Announcement"). For consistency purposes, the abbreviations used in this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Announcement unless otherwise defined herein.

On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has, vide its letter dated 29 November 2021 (which was received on 30 November 2021), approved the listing of and quotation for up to 25,463,500 Placement Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Placement subject to the following conditions:

(i) Versatile and Mercury Securities must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Placement;

(ii) Versatile and Mercury Securities to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Placement; and

(iii) Versatile and Mercury Securities to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Placement is completed.
