The Board of Directors of Warisan TC Holdings Berhad (“WTCH” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that WTC Automotif (M) Sdn Bhd (“WTCA”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 30 November 2021 entered into an Exclusive Agreement of Distribution and Service (“Agreement”) with GAC Motor International Limited (“GAC International”) in respect of the appointment of WTCA by GAC International as the sole and exclusive distributor to import, assemble, distribute and perform after-sale service on the vehicles (“Vehicles”) and/or spare parts and accessories for the Vehicles (“Spare Parts”) in Malaysia (“GAC Project”).
