Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 3 November 2020, 4 November 2020, 10 November 2020, 26 November 2020, 12 January 2021, 20 January 2021, 8 March 2021 ,6 May 2021, 30 August 2021 and 24 November 2021 respectively in relation to the Writ and Statement of Claim Suit No. WA-22NCC-537-11/2020. Unless otherwise stated, the terms stated herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcement.

The Company wishes to announce that the case management in respect of the Plaintiff’s Discontinuance Application was held on 30 November 2021. The Court had directed the Parties to file the written submission on or before 3 January 2022, the Court then fixed 10 January 2022 for hearing in respect of the Plantiff's Discontinuance Application.  

The Company will make the necessary announcement on further material development of the above matter in due course.
