Further to the announcement made by the Company dated 24 November 2021, the query by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad dated 25 November 2021 (IQL-25112021-00002) (“Bursa Query”) and the Company’s reply to Bursa Query on 26 November 2021 in relation to the MOU and MSA. Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those used in the announcements made by the Company on the MOU on 9 April 2021, 14 April 2021, 28 April 2021, 19 May 2021, 20 May 2021, 9 June 2021 and 13 August 2021, and the announcements made by the Company on the MSA on 6 September 2021, 7 September 2021, 9 September 2021, 24 November 2021 and 26 November 2021. The Board of Directors of UCrest wishes to inform that one contract manufacturer had signed the Technology Transfer Agreement with Limited Liability Company “Human Vaccine”. The transferred technology is intended to be shared with the other two contract manufacturers for mass production. This announcement is dated 30 November 2021. |
