Reference is made to the previous announcement on 1 November 2021. The Board of Directors wishes to announce that Crestronics (M) Sdn. Bhd. (“CMSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of BSLCORP had on 30 November 2021 received the latest updates from its solicitors in regards to the Court of Appeal’s decision to allow Panasonic Manufacturing Malaysia Berhad (“PMMA”) to intervene CMSB’s appeal proceedings at the Court of Appeal. The solicitors on behalf of the Company had filed an application for leave to appeal to the Federal Court against the Court of Appeal’s decision to allow PMMA’s application to intervene in the Court of Appeal proceedings on 30 November 2021. The Company will make further announcement if there is any material update on the above said matter. This announcement is dated 1 December 2021. |
