SCOPE - ISSUANCE OF 346,101,878 WARRANTS IN SCOPE ("WARRANTS") ON THE BASIS OF 3 WARRANTS FOR EVERY 10 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES HELD IN SCOPE HELD BY THE ENTITLED SHAREHOLDERS OF THE COMPANY ("BONUS ISSUE OF WARRANTS")

Further to our Listing Circular No. ILC-01122021-00011, kindly be advised that the Company’s 346,101,878 Warrants issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue of Warrants will be admitted to the Official List of the Exchange and the listing and quotation of the Warrants on the ACE Market, will be granted with effect from 9.00 a.m., Monday, 6 December 2021 (instead of Friday, 3 December 2021 as stated in the earlier Listing Circular).

This amendment is due to the declaration of 3 December 2021 as public holiday for the Federal Territories of Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya and Labuan.
