The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Corporate Exercises. Reference is made to the earlier announcement dated 10 September 2021, 15 September 2021, 27 September 2021 and 3 November 2021 in relation to the Corporate Exercises. On behalf of the Board of Directors of WECB, UOBKH wishes to announce that based on the entitlement date of 2 December 2021 in relation to the Bonus Issue of Shares, 137,531,980 Bonus Shares have been issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue of Shares. The abovementioned Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Monday, 6 December 2021, being the next market day immediately after the Entitlement Date, pursuant to the declaration of 3 December 2021 as a public holiday for the Federal Territories of Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya and Labuan by the Federal Territories Minister.
