Bonus issue of 346,101,878 free warrants ("Warrants") on the basis of 3 Warrants for every 10 existing ordinary shares in Scope Industries Berhad ("Scope Shares") held as at 5.00 p.m. on 23 November 2021
Reference is made to the announcement in relation to the book closure date on 9 November 2021. In view that Pejabat Menteri Wilayah Persekutuan has declared 3 December 2021 as a public holiday for Federal Territories, the listing date of the Warrant has been changed from 3 December 2021 to 6 December 2021. Each Warrant carries the entitlement to subscribe for 1 new Scope Share at any time during the exercise period as indicated above ("Exercise Period") at the exercise price of RM0.30, subject to the adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll constituting the Warrants dated 10 November 2021. Any Warrants which have not been exercised by the Maturity Date will lapse and cease to be valid for any purpose. This announcement is dated 2 December 2021.
