We wish to announce that MAXIS-C2 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 30 April 2018 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.

Cash Settlement Amount:

= Number of MAXIS-C2 x (Closing Price – Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)

= Number of MAXIS-C2 x (RM5.8164 – RM5.5000) x (1/6)

= Number of MAXIS-C2 x RM0.05273

The Closing Price of RM5.8164 is the average of the five (5)-day volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the MAXIS Shares on each of the five (5) market days immediately before the Expiry Date.

The Cash Settlement Amount shall be despatched as soon as practicable and no later than seven (7) market days following the Expiry Date by way of a crossed cheque drawn in favour of the warrantholder or by electronic transfer. Any payment made shall be delivered by ordinary post.
