The Board of Directors of Edaran Berhad ("Edaran") is pleased to announce that Jabatan Kastam Diraja Malaysia has awarded Edaran wholly owned subsidiary, Edaran IT Services Sdn Bhd (“Edaran IT”) a contract to undertake the maintenance work of hardware, server software and application of "Sistem Maklumat Kastam" (SMK), “Sistem Sales And Service Tax (MySST)” and “Sistem Tourism Tax” (MyTTX)  for a period of 12 months at a total contract value of RM41.34 million (“Contract”).

Edaran IT received the Letter of Award (Surat Setuju Terima) dated 6 December 2021 in respect of the above Contract on 8 December 2021.  

The commencement date for the Contract is 1 September 2021 and will expire on 31 August 2022.

Proceeds from the Contract shall contribute towards the earnings of Edaran Group for the financial year ending 30 June 2022.

There is no significant risk in respect to this Contract.

None of the directors and substantial shareholders of Edaran and Edaran IT has any interest, whether direct or indirect, in the Contract. In so far as the directors and substantial shareholders are aware of, no person connected with then has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract.
