We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 40,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of TOPGLOV by way of market making. The TOPGLOV-C2G is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The TOPGLOV-C2G is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 20 October 2021. The TOPGLOV-C2G is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 22 October 2021.
